International Retail Design & Management

About Education
In Retail Design & Management you will learn to design, fit up and manage stores within the fashion and lifestyle sectors. You will work with trends and consumer behaviour making you able to aim the store concept and image at the target group. You will gain experience of analysing the market and interpreting the results so that you learn how to transfer this knowledge to an improved sale. In addition you learn to transfer the core values and concept of the store right through to the employees so that the relation between idea and implementation is clear and distinctive.

Job profile

With your education you can: Improve and make effective the operation and expression of the show, develop and improve retail concepts, use management tools in the daily operation of the shop, sketch out, trim and decorate a shop. Furthermore you can act locally, regionally, nationally and globally.

The Retail Design Degree will allow you to: Deal with a complex and wide range of products in the development of store concepts – carrying out and managing the process from brief to finished solution for the entire visual expression of the store – understand financial resources and how they may be converted into visual solutions for the company and the store.

You will be able to carry out jobs like:

• Head of Visual Merchandising
• Creative Design Manager
• Window Manager
• Concept Developer
• Store Designer
• Concept Manager

Where to study?

AP Degree un Bachelor programmām:

1. Angļu valoda pieņemamā līmenī
2. Vidusskolas atestāts

Bachelor Top-up:

Lai iestātos uz pēdējos Top-up bakalaura kursu (5 semestris, studiju ilgums 1,5 gadi), ir jābūt iegūtai vienai no zemāk minētajām izglītībām:

1. International Retail Design & Management AP degree diplomams (2 gadi),
2. iegūti vismaz 120 kredītpunkti (120 ECTS) no iepriekšējās izglītības iestādes atbilstošā studiju virzienā,
3. 1. līmeņa augstākās izglitības diplomas,
4. pabeigtai cita līdzvērtīga izglītības programma.

Pieteikšanās:

Pieteikšanās notiek līdz 15. martam, pēc tam līdz pat 1. jūlijam var pieteikties uz brīvajām studiju vietām!

Pieteikšanās notiek nosūtot sekojošus dokumentus:

1. pieteikuma anketu (lejupladēt anketu),
2. motivācijas vēstule angļu valodā (plašāk lasi šeit),
3. vidusskolas pēdējās liecības kopju vai sekmju izrakstu, ja tu šobrīd studē vai esi beidzis studijas augstskolā (plašāk lasi šeit),
4. dokuments par angļu valodas zināšanām (plašāk lasi šeit),
5. pases kopija.
