You will learn to:
- take a strategic, conceptual and analytic supply chain and operations management perspective
- model material and information flows, manage processes, plan batches, integrate systems, forecast demand, and manage stock to align supply with demand
- use data and programming tools to analyse, solve, and implement real-world problems
- distinguish between analysis at the company, supply-chain, and network levels, and design networks for transport and distribution
- develop procurement and sourcing strategies that balance cost, risk, and value; build strong supplier relationships
- design circular supply chains and assess triple bottom line performance (economic, environmental, social)
- identify risks and build resilience in local and global supply chains
